@Soru1984 There is fresh asphalt here as that is what the workers are doing (this is my job) and we cannot close the street except for certain lanes as that is the way the City specifies you can do the work. We put up signs and have flaggers to direct people but this guy chose to do his own thing and then start a fight when he got called out on it. Nothing racist about it; just pride and stupidity.

@trompetnik Yes I did see that they were about to fight. As the black guy drove into the alley, I got my camera out and turned it on. By the time I made it to the corner they were already swinging at each other.
