She is a classic SOCIOPATH. Yes, I do think something should be done about her and the new babies. But, I'm sure the authorities are somewhat perplexed on what to do about this unfortunate situation, if at all. I would also like to suggest that if anyone feels compelled to help octomom financially, help her instead with whatever you want except cash.

sorry for all the comments but, it would be different if she had a husband and he made enough to support all those kids, but she don't and the house she is staying in at her moms is only a small 3 bedroom, will she ask uncle sam for a free house?she had no right to bring 2 kids into this world much less 14, she can't even support herself... she will end up in a mental hospital, ever hear 14 crying/screaming kids? that would make me crazy.the future looks bleek for those poor kids. child services should take these babies away now, this is child neglect in my book she says she will return to college and get a job!! how the hell can she do that? you watch, she will somehow find a way to have all 14 kids declared to be disabled to receive over $600/month each she will *UCK the system and be bringing in $8400/month plus food stamps and free care somehow.she will get SSI and SSDI after all, wasn't that her plan? this woman is very sick and has no clue what it will take.

She should not receive a dime, the doctor needs to have his license taken away.the first thing the doc should of asked her was what her level of income was and how she will be able to afford the nearly 2 million it will cost to raise them all through age 17. a single mom with no job, living with her parents on welfare and 50,000 in debt with student loans... OMFG. what will she do when all 14 are running wild through the neighborhood, how can she breast feed/care for 14 by her self?

Very true. It has been brought up though (before I even posted this vid). I gotta admit that I'm stumped as to what should be done if she wants to do this again after a few years. I just hope that she can support the kids without further aid from the state, it's meant to be a saftey net, not a career.

No doubt. I have no problem with large families, I'm the youngest of 9 myself. My parents took a breather between kids & made sure to provide for us though.

I think many people should be sterilized..... however that goes against our rights of freedom of choice. However, if you are on assistance some type of implant should be mandated. i think she should be sterilized. she's obviously not mature, or sane enough, for that matter, to have children. However whats done is done. i think that if at all possible the family should help raise the kids. it's absolutely traumatic to be a child and be removed from ur family and placed with strangers.
