On of my favourite songs as a child. When me and my old man were on the road, he'd go, "What'ya wanna listne to son." I reply back, "Crosby stills and nash dad." Still one of my earliest fabourite songs. You gotta respect em.
The 99% revived. Waited 40 years for our time to over rule the 1% of corporate america. Veterans day is near. They are standing and protecting us against the 1% corporations that stole our lives. I never thought I'd live to see us win! Here we are. Ohio yesterday, the rest of America tomorrow. Don't give up. Stand strong together and take back what they should not have stolen.
@Saskatchewan00 i kinda agree whit you. first time watching is always the best. when I watch it now, I skip most parts and just pick my favourite scenes (big fan of the "who" performance^^).
as for the last waltz...i think it's a good movie, but it's focused way too much on Robbie Robertson imo
@cloudcitycircle Yeah, you pick your favourites and go with them. Haha.
And yeah, you're probably right about that. But the music was still fantastic, and the way the film was made. And the waltz itself is a lovely piece of music. And those two kids dancing - incredible! And Neil Young was fantastic - the amount of cocaine he shoved up his nose before going onstage could kill a horse. You can see Rick and Robbie talking about it, this visible chunk of coke in his nose, it's hilarious.
@Saskatchewan00 haha true, neil young looked so destroyed - but he was still diggin' it :) and yeah the music is just amazing. that the band is one of my favourite bands is probably very much owed to this movie :)
Yes. The sound is better on this one.

You got to speak out! Speak out against the madness. Yet greed won the day.

@cloudcitycircle It was good the first time I saw it. It's quite boring though. The Last Waltz was definitely better than Woodstock.
