Hey, I learned to drive when I was 13. My cuz taught me (he's a year younger than I am), and his dad taught him. But, we wore seat belts and can easily reach the pedals. Children learn much faster these days. Computers, travel, education. I can't see a car being any different. But SAFETY FIRST. Safety is the first thing that should be taught, long before getting behind the wheel. And on empty lots or open field, not public roads.
