Your technique seems to be ok, but not acurate. Your neck lines arent straight which for me makes the hair cut. If you knew your client i would have advised a longer cut also, with the unfortunate scaring. You could of done alot with his hair other than that which didnt really compliment him. But its great to see how other countries cut, I think english cutting is totally different :)

OMFG, to complete the mid-80's look all he needs is a great big fanny part! Absolutely terrible cutting technique. The neck line is not even, it's a total mess and I wouldn't be happy if I was subjected to that. Standards are obviously slipping. Horrible haircut technique - what's with using such a huge guard and going over and over and over with the clippers like that? He's cutting this guys hair as if he had afro hair, not straight fine hair. At first I thought the guy was getting a mullet - what barber starts with the top for a cut like this? And once seeing the scars, any decent barber would point it out and perhaps recommend taking it tighter so it's not as noticeable.

I've cut hair non professionally for 20 years, and cut my own hair for 30 years, and this video is more like "how not to cut hair.". There was no symmetry to this haircut, and it was choppy, at best, in the back. I can cut my own hair all around with my oster clippers and a mirror better than this barber did. If I was the guy in the chair, I would go to another barber and get a buzz cut and start all over.

The technique the barber is using seems odd - he's cutting this guys hair in a way that I've only seen done on african-american hair. Going over and over and over like that using the wrong size guard. He should have started with the Osters from the beginning. Still, when he uses the Osters he keeps do this over and over and over thing.
