what dose jetting the bike do to it

it lets a diff. amount of fuel to air mix. you can let more fuel, or less. if you get a aftermarket exhaust you should get the bike re-jetted for the best performance.

hi i am 12 and a pretty expereneced rider and i just wanted to know what would be a better and faster bike to purchase a suzuki dr-z 125L or a kawasaki klx 125

i saw the Kawasaki...i love their bikes...not one of them that we own has ever broke...you just have to start it up once and awhile :D

they will be the same, exept you cant buy the klx 125 new anymore,becuse they started making a 140 after they split with suzuki. you can get either the 125 or 125l the 125L has larger wheels, and a disk brake in the front, the reason they are "the same" is becuse suzuki owned kawasaki for a while and there bikes were the same exept for the plastick's color.

thee just small displacement, trail bikes for the beginner. i have one, its incredibly reliable, but very underpowered

the problem with the mid and top end power is the fuckin pipe there shit and cut back so much because they have to pass emitions tests, all i did to mine was cut the spark arrestor off in the pipe and it works just as good as an aftermarket slip on it livened the bike up alot has alot more snap now

not bad...get a big bore and a BBR exhaust and stiffer spings,(and more) thats what i did to mine and now i can keep up with the 250's.

But the BBR exhaust is a must it helps soo much

yah i baught my bike used for like 1200 bucks from some guy that knows nothing about dirtbikes i might get a 2 stroke kx100 monster energy its like 3500 dollars without the fees
