What does the belt in green and yellow mean?

@Chevalier765 It is just to differentiate the fighters. Sometimes they wear gi of the same color, so this belt can differentiate who scores ( the referee signs uses a color wristband on one hand and sings with the wristband or no wristband to a score keeper).
