  • i dont see why u guys r being such dicks to this guy. That is practicly his own body weight and when most people go for reps they dont go all the way down, and besides, the muscle does the same work when it goes all the way down or if it stops a inch from his chest...

  • I would of liked to see yah touch your chest every rep too, but still an impressive feat of strength, you were not to far from your chest though maybe 1-2 inches, even if you touched your chest you still might have been able to nail 20-18 reps. Either way your body looks pretty good for your size, so whatever form you use seems to be working, and if it does work keep at it, ignore the haters.
