this isn't Bioshock 2. I'm from IGN and can tell you right now that it is for sure not. In Bioshock 2 u play the first Big Daddy ever made. You have the ability to use plasmids and weapons simultaneousely. This video is false.

I know, It's only a "artwork" from a college/uni student for his Architecture course, which concentrated on the scenes and environments, the artwork paints a very organic and familiar scene. So this "artwork" is just homework. :)
