Held the Spyderco Kumo, nice feel, almost bought it, but the price here in Croatia was riddiculous. It was almost the same as Manta is on RJ site . Double-edge on this one is a big plus, better steel kinda justifies the price... So jelaous here, man! ;-)

Great looking blade with interesting angles. Going to try to find a spyderco (their site says its no longer being produced). Any idea as to the thinking behind the relatively steep geometrical drop along the spine/top?
