this is real, im a medical student and saw a picture like this in my embryology class, as the description of the video says this baby had anencephaly mean he never had a brain or his brain didn't grow at all, he was born to die meaning that when they cut the unbilical cord he just died since without a brain he was a mass of cells feeding from the mother like a tumor (sorry if it sound insensible but i didnt know how else to explain)
