Until End of Evangelion where she is mortally wounded, yet for Shinji's own sake tells him what he needs to do also reveals her true feelings for him of love (family wise), which she never could really do in the series because although their relationship improved, he still rejected her because he feared her as a woman. She basically was a character who had every single flaw any normal person has, yet she still strives to the best job she can do. Because of that, Misato is my fave as well.
inunabe82, it's actually pronounced Yebisu, it's Misato's fave brand of beer. It's also an actual brand of beer in Japan, and is quite good... despite the fact that I believe it's rice based. Takes getting used to.
*sigh* it seems you've all missed my point there is no such beer as yebichu i was wondering why such a pointless edit was made, i have been to Ebisu the district in tokyo that was named so when brewery opened there and the beer's name it'self came from one of the seven lucky gods so it's not like i'm clueless.
I have had many cans of the wonderful brew and have to say try Yebisu black if you ever get the chance it wont be regretted.
