at 3 minutes ish you missed an achievement in the room with the poster about the red button. If you walk through a hidden door in the corner of that room and go to the end of the hallway you enter this large chamber and the achievement for finding the missing experiment pops up. Can't do anything with it though :)

4:07 That door does actually open. If you've completed half life 2 episode 2 you'll find something that induces either happiness, or confusion. All you have to do is stand RIGHT in front of it ok.

You missed a secret. Near the control room where Glados was, in the room where you saw the "if you see an orange jumpsuit push the red button" sign, there's a secret door in the corner behind some cabinets which leads to corridor with some secrets that give you an achievement.
