  • Thank you so much very easy to make

  • @ghostkid777

    Thanks!

  • Mr freitasex do you go out for dinner ? I mean u cook delicious I guess am just curious ? I bet u'll be rating those dishes just kidding !

  • @corasalv93

Time to time, I do go out to eat of course!

Next week I will be trying an Irish Pub to try.

When I go out, I always try to order something that is not easy to make or that I personally do not make very often.

What I mean ... I try something new, and then try to figure out how to make it.

    Thanks!

  • Awesome!

  • @AirrowRocket

  • i had mongolian beef from pf changs restaurant.. it was awesome.. wish i could duplicate their recipe

  • @R3DR3APER

Asian type food is really not hard at all to make if you ask me, and I hope you feel the same way.

  • @SEBRA1354

    Thank you Sebra1354!

  • Freitasex is it true that the longer the meat gets marinated the more flavor it has? Also, What is the difference between a cure and marinate?

  • @super643d

Yes the longer it marinates the more flavor, and can be more salt flavor also.

A cure is a way to preserve meats... a cure can preserve meat for a short to a long time, like weeks or months.

A marinade does not preserve meats.

    Thank you for your question!

  • @freitasex Thank you

  • I tried it at home and my boyfriend LOVED it, I got a lot of kisses for that so thanks a lot! ;) it tasted amazing!

  • @badcatmcconell1324 I agree :)

  • Why would someone "dislike" a cooking video?

    What's up with that?

Anyway, this looks good and I'm looking forward to trying it.

  • What did Asian cookery use before cornstarch and sugar was invented?

  • Can't watch past the bad marinade...no garlic, no ginger, vegetable oil????

  • Comment removed

  • I would stir fry some Ginger slices before you add the beef.

  • Suggestions: use raw sugar instead of processed sugar, put a teaspoon of baking soda into the marinade, let it sit over night.

  • i want to make it but i don't have any of that stuff but thaks for your realy nice tutorial

  • @gtapringle

I can not get a better comment, glad you all like this, thanks!

  • I agree If you cook it in a wok... because most Chinese dishes are cooked stir fried... they use High Heat for fast cooking so that the juices and nutrients will not come out especially from the vegetable... with regards to your cooking... TWO THUMBS UP MAN! I really like your procedure even the taste its awesome... I already tried some of your recipes... and it turned out delicious my wife and kids and even friends love it!!! Thank you ver much...

I hope you try it sometime, and thanks!

  • it isn't Monoglian beef, its more like chinese beef cuz he used soy sauce.

  • mmmmm i love mongolian beef. Yours looks delicious!

  • @ericaj58

    Thank you :)

  • SUPER МЯСО!!! MUSIC KLASS!!!

  • @konstantin523

    Thanks!

  • @Nonaization

This is his recipe for Mongolian beef, I don't think he says anywhere that it's traditional Mandarin cuisine. Instead you should try it, it's a great recipe.

  • If you put soy sauce on beef that is not Mongolian way to cook ^^

  • Tried it was good, but i added more Soka to mines :D gave it an extra kick.

  • Sounds like a great idea!

  • @freitasex Dude you are a fucking beast in the kitchen!

  • @William82oct he's even better in the bedroom

  • @golfr7k1 he cooks in the bedroom as well??

  • WONDERFUL - I love this recipe. The bean paste is great, great stuff. I find green onions get chewy & wilted - so I substituted bell peppers & BROCCOLI. Another idea: substitute chicken. Works great. I cook a lot of Asian stirfry dishes. You've got a great balance in both marinade & sauce. The only problem w/ this recipe is I can't quit pigging out on the final product.

  • You make me *smile* that you like this, thanks!

  • I have found that if you freeze the meat just a little it makes slicing it into thin strips alot easier.

  • What a great idea!

    Thanks!

  • LOL you use Koon Chun too! I just uploaded a mongolian beef recipe, check it out!

  • Sure will!

  • is the red bean paste the same as "miso red bean paste?" coz i know you use that for miso soups and it has a very distinct flavour..is it the same??:)

  • Sorry... no this is not Japanese bean paste.

    This is Chinese bean paste.

    Thank you for your question!

  • dang, I love cooking those. now that making me hungry.

  • Thank You!

  • @LPhlubKOJxwb

Check out my mongolian beef you will be hungry again, even after eating turkey!

  • cook some ground garlic in before you put the meat in? usually makes meat tastes better imo.

  • Your opinion sounds great, thanks!

  • nicely done.

  • Wow, thanks!

  • Looks delicious.

  • Thank you, it was really good :)

  • I can't wait to try this one. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Mongolian Beef is one of my husband's favorites.

  • I hope that you like it!

  • Shrimp? Umm...Mongolians have access to a lot of shrimp, do they? Bean sauce can found in any supermarket with an asian section and any city over 250k will have a chinese food and equipment distributor. For all you critics who have posted, instead of criticizing, post your own tutorial.

    Excellent video. Thanks freitasex!

  • Thank you, nice to hear a polite comment.

  • How the hell an American make Mongolian beef?

I thought that you need to be a Mongolian, perhaps this dude is Mongolian he speaks English like a Mongolian he he he

  • what kind of ignorance is that. thats a new one.

  • Thats call Mongolian ignorannce man he he he you need to be a Mongolian to really understand it.

  • haha good 1

  • I tried this recipe...and didn't like it.

granted, Hoisin sauce is absolutely necessary, but I don't like bean sauce in my monglian beef.

This recipe is also missing that secondary shrimpy flavor found in the really high end restaurant versions of this dish

I dislike green onions here - they're too delicate for the heartiness of the other ingredients. Yellow onions=better

finally, a few carrots and bell peppers would not only enhance the flavor but also add some much needed color

  • why dont u share with some one ?

  • Ok... I will send you some!

  • What a great idea!

    Hey thanks for subscribing too!

  • could you substitute something for the bean sauce/paste?

  • I am afraid that the bean sauce is crucial.

I know that is not what you want to hear, sorry.

  • Just a little hard to find...but not impossible

  • oyster sauce...or, better yet, shrimp stock

  • Beef or chicken stock...Would that suffice?

  • I didnt know soy sauce came in a jug that big xD

    Nice vid /suscribed.

  • I love to buy it in large containers so that I don't run out as often and thanks for watching and subscribing!

  • That looks wonderful!

  • Thanks!

  • very easy to make! thanks to you

    Sandro - Brazil

  • Great to hear from Brazil, thanks!

  • looks like alpo dog food

  • Wow thanks for your nice comment!

  • Wassa matter you? I LIKE Alpo.

  • they carry bean sauce but like the vid said, most big name groceries will most likely call it bean paste, but by an asian company. I know they have it at my near by Giant. SO thats where i am buying it, its red bean paste btw.

  • Wow, thanks for subscribing!

  • So fast and so good..

  • Oh gosh, this is really good, the best beef stir fry I have had!

  • wow , all of your dish (food) looks relly good

  • Thank you so much, sorry it took me so long to reply.

    Have a great weekend!

  • mmm that looks tasty! ;-)

  • Thanks Ruthie!

  • Very yummy!!!

Is bean sauce hard to find??? I never thought of using flank steak!!! I'll make that next week for dinner!!! Awesome video and editing, must say one of the best so far. Thanks for posting:)

  • The town that I live in is pretty small; but it does have a good asian market. If you have an asian grocery store, they will have it.

    Thanks!

  • Looks great and easy hopefully I can find that bean sauce. Many thanks!

  • Thanks and look for the bean sauce and ask about it at your asian market.

  • wow thanks for giving me an idea what to cook for my husband :)

  • You are welcome, hope he likes it!

  • Mmm I love that your recipes are quick and easy as well :)

  • Thanks Beth!

  • That was magical

  • Thanks!

  • this one was very yummy but it i like to make it more spicy like u said .. and i hope u do the nodelles with soy sauce with vegetable i eat it in the chinese restaurant and i wanna know how they do it :D V.good

  • Add more red chili flakes to make it spicy, I would say 2 teaspoons of those instead of the one that I put into it.

  • The beef looks very tender. That's one of the most important parts of the dish as far as I'm concerned. You make it look soooooo easy. :)

  • This was the first time I used flank steak in a stir fry, it is just so expensive.

It was so tender and just delicious.

To me asian food is so easy to make.

  • Now this is what i like! BEEF! Thanks for posting this video. Hope to try it.

  • Thanks Joshua!

  • The last time I had Mongolian stir-fry was back in my high school years living in Hawaii. That's some good stuff right there. I'm gonna try it some time this week. thanks for the vid.

  • If you try it, I think you will love it, thanks!

  • Always awsome =)

  • Thanks!

  • i love mongolian beef! i eat it with jasmine rice, its the best rice to go with this tasty treat, also - mogilian resturants usually have a tasty flat bread to serve with it, i will have to find the recipe to that, because im gonna try this tonight!

  • Thanks Michelle!

I love jasmine rice.... who do we know with that name?

  • ha ha, my daughter LOL but i didnt name her after the rice, i always thought it was such a pretty name. lol lol lol

  • man that looks amazing! i'm gonna make this tomorrow. this is one of my favorite dishes! thanks again!

  • Brad, I must say that it tastes amazing, all your family would like it.

    Thanks again!

  • OK, for the 10th time, I now have a new favorite recipe!! I love Mongolian Beef!! How do you expect me to not get fat again?

  • Well Mike.... I am old and don't care how fat I get.

I really do not want to make you fat, but this dish is not too fattening if you don't eat it all at one time, maybe?

  • nice recipe!

    oh btw

    in my vlog thing/newest video

    i said stuff about you!

    hahaha

  • You are the BEST Dustin!

    Thanks for the shout out.

If you can get your hands on some flank steak, you GOTTA make this!
