I think you have to seek in the deep roots of african history to find out the problem. Since there was almost no african real state (except Egypt, Morocco... in the north) before late 19th century to mid 20th century, what you get is a mix of tribes with quite similar global culture but also very specific ethnic culture.
I think it's all about a choice of keeping the tribal system against civilisation.

I think you have to seek in the deep roots of african history to find out the problem. Since there was almost no african real state (except Egypt, Morocco... in the north) before late 19th century to mid 20th century, what you get is a mix of tribes with quite similar global culture but also very specific ethnic culture.
I think it's all about a choice of keeping the tribal system against civilisation.

I think it's about assimilating with the rest of us, rather than working together as 'blacks'. I have nothing against working with a black guy if he's competent, willing to work and not lazy.
