The novel Moby Dick was written in New Bedford, about six blocks from where I live; its impact on the literary world is amazing. Tavares, while not as "impacting" in the music world, still brings a lot of pride and joy to the citizens of The Whaling City. They're representative of the hard-working, talented people that live here, who make this city a shining jewel of America, despite our many challenges and problems.
This song sounds and reminds me of the Stylistics betcha by golly wow. You know that one too? This sounds good and you got a great taste for music. 5 stars!!

Tavares= The second best thing to come out of New Bedford behind Moby Dick!
I don't think I've ever heard this song of theirs before, like just about everything else they did, it just works, and works beautifully.
