He would have owned him if his remarks had any gravitas. HBK is a legend in the business, a true superstar, but then so is The Rock. Rock my may have pioneered any matches but he had a show named after one of his catchphrases, he was unrivaled on the microphone, was an entertainer equal to Shawn and gave some pretty damned good wrestling matches with pretty much everyone he encountered. Plus Rocky didn't politic his way to the top and politic to keep others down.
