Why did you move here? I would move out, immediately. I would take my car pack it up and live in it before I lived there again. I would find friend, rent me a u-haul and drive out west where we have decent winters and pleasant summers. Not too cold and certainly not 3 digit heat. SUE THE CITY AND GET OUT WITH WHATEVER YOU WIN FROM THEM.
with all the money being spent on new construction, bloomberg should really think about fixing all the problems that already exist -- there are thousands of apartments like this in NYC and no one cares.

Landlord promised me and the other tenants, who just moved out after only 5months, that 1F was being evicted and he would clean up building. No reason not to believe him then, we pay full market price/rent. I find it unbelievable that housing doesn't force him to make repairs or put locks on door. they let this building pass inspection. There would have been NO trouble if city workers did their jobs. I had a very peaceful life until moving here...

My housing makes yours look like heaven, if the worst prollems u have is cracks in the walls and steps, and broken locks and doors.
