Can you remake this video? Fran is VERY distracting and there is so much commotion as to make what is a very informative video unwatchable. PLEASE remake this video without anyone asking questions. Just have a silent filmer and script it out. There are no high quailty injera vids. Please help!!!!

Well, I've tried it now. My injera isn't as good as what you get at the restaurant, by it was my first time. I'll get better as I keep making it.

You don't need to pour the water from the starter. I never throw it away--it helps with the fermentation and rising process.
