Gimmick? I call it a rip-off! I gave this guy a $50 bill on the subway the other day and he fed it into a little gadget, had me turn a handle a few times and a $5 bill came out the other side. My $50 bill completely disappeared! He walked away smiling and I lost $45. Oh well, sometimes you have to pay tuition in the school of life...

He was apologetic and connected me to a Western Union office in West Africa to not only collect my $50 but an extra $275. I sent in my $60 claim fee and will hear back from him Monday morning. Cool!
