apparently during this race montoya was so angry about being blitzed by ralf that he screamed "you're all wankers" down the radio, to which the reply came:

"no juan, you're the wanker"

i was at this grand prix , the two williams bmw wins , but the race wasn't very excitant , i was place in the golf ( just after the small "toyota" in the begin of the straight line ) the cars was passing a 295 km/h , thats was hot !

this was the year of semi auto gear changes right? where it would shift with out driver input but the driver could shift at anytime?

I think,already for 2003 the driver had to downshift himself..

They've always had to manually shift, they just don't have to use the clutch except for starting. There would be no advantage whatsoever to them using an automatic gearbox of any kind.
