@desinaner i've only been to about 10 house classes or so, so I might be wrong. At first I thought it was a pas de bourree with an extra twist but I think its a smaller form of loose legs that I haven't learned. Check out a loose legs tutorial by JardySantiago on here, it looks pretty similar but with more emphasis

@dvil3327 it's a pas de bourree with a pivot. I was gonna get to teaching that someday.. haha. Anyways Conway taught me a lot about the dance back in the day when we were reppin the same crew (Soul Sector). He's actually one of the reasons I dance the way I do today. He's the real deal, son!

Nice style. I like the way you flow. I'm from Passaic and danced house since the early 90s. Our playgrounds back then were Club Velvet, Shelter, Vinyl and Sound Factory Bar. I don't know what else you can do but my advice, try using an imaginary square box and constrain your footwork to that. It'll help you keep control better.
