If they were to actually make a stun glove think of the possibilities. When a cop scuffles with a dangerous criminal they can grab a arm or leg and shock the perp. If they make it along the lines of a taser they could actually temporarily take mobility from the arm.

To make a low voltage glove add a petentiometer to the current going out.

this is a realy stupid idea Discharging a few thousand uF capacitor , charged to around 220V Dc on skin and tissues . It's about 5 J of energy
kinda like getting hit by a baseball
