@petecarvalho As per my understanding (which is admittedly limited), the point of it is to help you with sub-division of beats. So you get a whole lot better at staying in time, which is hard with weird note groupings, like 5, 7, etc.
@nosexinindia I have been learning only from Youtube videos I've found. Not the best way, but Henrik Andersen's lessons rule. And also a book on polyrhythms will help you.
This is wonderful. I would love to take lessons from a master around boston.

on what does konnokol help you? i cant figure it out. is about keeping time with your hands and doing different rythms with the mouth?

@milothefultz I absolutely agree. I've improved a lot on different complex exercise and my sense of rhythm in general from studying his videos.
