Book 4, Hadith Number 1211:

Ibn ‘Abbas reported: Dhikr (mentioning the name of Allah) in a loud voice after obligatory prayers was (a common practice) during the lifetime of the Apostle of Allah (may peace be upon him) ; and when I heard that I came to knew that they (the people) had finished the prayer.

Abu Huraira reported Allahs Apostle (may peace be upon him) as saying Allah has mobile (squads) of angels, who have no other work (to attend to but) to follow the assemblies of Dhikr and when they find such assemblies in which there is Dhikr (of Allah) they sit in them and some of them surround the others with their wings till the space between them and the sky of the world is fully covered, when they disperse (after the assembly of Dhikr is adjourned)

what kind of flawed reply was that. do you not know the hadith "he who worships Allh out of fear of going to hell Allah will give him Jannah, He who worships Allah so he gives him Jannah Allah will give him Jannah, and he who worships Allah for his pleasure Allah will give him/her Firdos(the best of Paradise)".

Do you not want the best of Paradise and the only way you can acheive that is through his pleasure. And the only way one can worship for pleasure is out of love.

Dude use logic I'll give you an example if a man loves a women would he not do anything to please her would he not not do anything for her thus you see there is true devotion. Let us take that the Hadith referred to is Sahih, even thought the Sheikh did not say so except that it is from Bukhari.

Now the question is if the hadith is sahih then how did the prophet pbub, and the sahabah act on it. There is no record of them doing a loud zikr in the fashion of this soofi and the other followers of his. Hence we do not accept this way of loud zikr, simply because there is no evidence in sunnah and was not done by Rasso pbub and sahabah the best of creation among mankind.

Dawa? You're controvening the edicts of thousands of classical sapients based on vain conjecture and empty opinion. This is not dawa, this is dangerous.
