I'm sorry about your dad. My dad died when I was 11. I only saw him cry once & that was only a few months before he died. He raised me with the cowgirls dont cry kinda attitude & thats how Ive always been. Everytime I hear When Daddy Let Me Drive by Alan Jackson I cry so hard cause he taught me how to drive a truck when I was only 8, I really miss his alot especially since I got my license last year.

My Dad died last year. Altho, he used to beat me, cuss at me, and I was so put down by him til I wanted to be dead, I remember a time or two when he was actually tender with me (and was actually sober, too). I wish I had a couple more pleasant memories of him. ...oh, well...such is life.
