  • nice job

  • very nice Solo. I like your relaxed style and Perfect Stick Control.. Apart from that, your Kit Settings are Perfect. Sounds brilliant.

  • wow, quality playing. nice kit too. not sure why anyone would dislike this? the 17 dislikes probably thought they were choosing--"dis (i) likes" figuring the i was silent;

  • rly nice drumming dude! :o i have to say that that vdrum sounds really good, the only thing i dont like is the tomsound when you play them fast like in a blastbeat or sth. ...

  • (yawn)....... next please

  • dope, oh so dope

  • The 2box Drumit 5 beats the shit out of TD-20. Roland doesn´t even have alternating samples!!! Check this out to see what I mean....

    watch?v=YpjZWujoTDY

  • kkkkkk

  • Does anyone know what the name of that bassdrum setting is?

  • Is there a way to add china-crases-splashes to electric drums?

  • @upinfection - yup. the td-20 have a wack of cymbals to choose from plus you can change size, weight etc. crazy. the modeled sounds can be changed for any of the drum set instruments, even down to eq, compression, trigger characteristics, shell material, depth, head type, blah blah blah...

  • @upinfection YEAH

  • sweet! the kit sounds great!

  • VERY nice! Unbelievably smooth... A+!!

  • like the beat, love the set!

  • perfect beat, nice drumming, keep playing man

  • Electric symbals are actually less bouncy than acoustic ones. So to all of you who say electronic kits are easier to play.. Go fuck yourselves

  • done believe on some comments... good drummers are good on acustic or electronic kits, no matter. Nice drumming by the way!

  • Artfully done. I loved it...great job!

  • Great Chops,Kik is killer , The tomssounds rot tho

  • Personally,I think electronic drums are easier to play on. I don't know why

  • it's easier on your wrists b/c of the bouce...acoustic kits have hard cymbals and heads are pretty tight too...Roland heads are the best b/c they bounce nice and are strong as hell

  • theyre smaller and spaced closer together.

  • Comment removed

  • because u always have great sound with great shound u get confendance

  • Electronic kits are easier to play on because you get tight sound no matter how bad your technique is. The skins are also usually tighter and easier to play on.

  • Nevertheless, what you hear is what you get.

  • What is that comment supposed to mean? o.O

  • AWESOME DUDE!!!

  • essa batera é baluda td 20 a melhor

  • bateria é bala

  • Nice groove man! Are you using a double kick pedal at 0:47 in the solo?

  • yeah both his legs moved at that part

  • this is the best electronic drum but the most expensive too..

  • is that an acoustic set???

  • no, its one of the higher priced v-drum sets made by roland

  • yeah i know its $5500

  • No, its the new Roland TD-20. :p

  • fab my man!!! it keeps me inspired when i see this tallent...hours and hours of practice right?

  • Uiuiuiuiui, that´s pretty...amazing. Dude, you rock my socks off. Would have loved to feel that transform into something more a groove pattern than a solo...but I am quite sure you just didn´t want it to do so at that time. Just wonderful!

  • Awesome solo......nice to see someone playing traditional grip. I have the TD12. Would love to have the 20s.

  • The best TD-20 solo drum that I have ever seen so far. Great job Dud!

  • sweet chops

  • he needs a drum set like that

    lol

  • the td 20 is sooo sweet those drum sounds are so realistic

  • ta bueno igual medio embole

  • cool shit dude,.,got alot of old school classic artists moves there.

  • Wonderful! I love your style. Very smooth and of course old school tom kick accents. A lost art since the invention of the dreaded double kick. Love the drum settings!

  • goes on a bit at times but your f%$ckin amazing.

  • that is some real skill right there.

  • Check RHYTHMTANDEM.

  • Very good...tight...one of the best on here!

  • hes really fast but he plays really realaxed which is really sweet!

  • nice job dude.

    Great foot work..

I use the D drums for a Latin kit.

    Scott

    Blue Coyote Band

  • nice!

That's your world! Drumming is really your world...

  • i favorited this! nicely done!!!

  • pure love bro

  • V drums are so dirty, they have the sickkest sound, live sound with a mic on each, there sickk

  • in my opinion td9 looks way more fun to praCTICE WITH THEN THIS

  • Very nice dynamics and control....

  • i have the td six, but love the look of the td9. would i be able to upgrade for a smaller price?

  • hey well i was just about to buy the td6 but then i waited just to make sure i really wanted to buy it so i waited. Then i heard the td9 was comin out so i decided to buy it instead. I looks awsome i cant wait because its comin soon. So honestly to answer ur question roland prob. wont do that

  • I use sony's movie studio. Just video tape yourself as usual, your not gonna use the audio track that your video camera produces. I mix all my brains and or mics into a cheapo eight channel mixer then dump the line level out into PC mic slot. I record the sound onto a new audio track in movie studio. Then its just a matter of syncing your video to the recorded sounds, which shouldn't be hard because they are both in the sony "loop" quantized format.

  • Jack-out straight into your computers mic-in?

  • youre very very very very very good

  • Smokin!! Wow man, beautiful sound, awesome technique! Is that a factory preset maple kit? or did you do some tweaking? TD20's are really nice, I have the Yamaha DtXpress2 at the moment and am kind of hooked on Yamaha kits, but man those TD's sound killer.

  • u make me wanna buy the drum man... good job..

  • awesome drumsound, sounds great!

  • not only that they nowadays make a double bass with only one pedal you just have to rock your foot back and fourth very quickly

  • listen to thos euskcers v drums rock. those soudn unbefuckinglievable

  • Really good form

  • Awesome!

  • You can't play double-bass while playing high hat. I think those kicks you hear are simply rolls.

  • you can play dubble-bass with one foot u know, just takes some skill... wish i could do it but i know ppl who can.

  • An answer is in this video.( momohiki&v-drum)

  • Very nice job.

  • hi atekapoteka, what kit # is that on the sound module?

  • As for kit, as for v-drum TD-20KS-WT sound, it is programed the controller of TD-20.

  • hey question.. on the MIDI cable.. Does it record picture quality and sound or just sound cause im getting a TD6 V drum soon so i just wanted to know.. thanks and have a good day!

  • You don't necessarily have to enter the complicated world of MIDI, and not 100% sure, but I don't think MIDI has anything to do with picture quality. The simplest method is to connect the outputs from the TD module directly to your camera. You could also connect to your PC. For better quality sound think about getting an intermediary Analog to Digital converter and use RCA inputs.

  • so like could i use my speakers from my pc for an amp if i get a MIDI cable?? instead of buying an amp?

  • I am a Japanese. Therefore, he does not understand English.

TD-20controller Out PUT interface→The joint of the connecting cord is carried out to a direct video camera Microphone jack.I myself hear sound in a head phone.

  • dude, like I said - get off this hangup with MIDI. You don't MIDI right now to start recording sound or even video with sound. Read what I wrote and get the hang of recording first before jumping into MIDI. Yes - you can use any speakers for output.

  • oh sweet.. I didnt know that man.. I am brand new at electronic drums. its my first time going to own a set myself soon.. so I cant wait to set it up to my pc speakers woot!..

  • Absolutely an amazing grrove! you have such a great understanding of sensitivity, and stick control! definately one of my favorite vids.

  • this questions is random but i've been dying to know.

do drumsticks really ever break when your playing an electronic kit? because it's just rubber and mesh right?

  • I answer the following question. I do not understand English. Possibly will you doubt my drumming? ? This drumming is a true thing. The sound is genuine, too. I join a connection code together to a video camera and take it.

  • Beautiful!!!

  • Wonderful! I will play like you in the 22nd century.

  • Dude Very nice :) like u your kit very much... tell me how much do you paid!??^^

  • YEAH MAN! absolute Quality!

  • Damn, obviously his talent alone could have paid for these..HA! Nice and concise. That's my motto.

  • i have to start saving some money!, i want I want!

  • with slide technique... watch dave weckl foot technique videos its gonna help you alot.

  • i got one question: im playin drums since 3 years can u tell me how u made those double bases ... it doesnt looks like u got 2 pedals? im confused help :D

  • .. i meant good pads ;-)

if you dont have enough money get an alesis drum computer it's cheaper but good anyway, but don't get cheap pads... i'm looking forward to buy a td-20, it's just the best right now

  • i think both is important, a good module with realistic sounds and goos pads for a realistic feeling while playing

  • Which is more important, the pads or the module?

  • nice

  • They cost bout $6000 USD last i checked.....wish I could afford one to hehe. Best E-drums in the market today.

  • Hey man you are pretty impressive on those drums! We are going to be getting some roland drums ourself, at my house. I can't wait.

    *****

  • dima...overcool? wtf is that? u mean UBERcool ahahahahhaha xD

  • Nice playing and good technique!!!!

  • AWESOME drumming! I think you'd love the RET Percussion sets... you seem like a drummer that loves acoustic sets... it also looks like you're straining to feel a real set. RET uses real drum heads... it's just like an acoustic set. And the software they feature has real sounds... not fake midi sounds like the Roland TD's. Check it out!

  • This is an answer for comment below. A sound is too loud in RET Percussion and cannot play it in the Japanese house. V-drums of Roland is suitable most. RET Percussion is a halfdone person. I am worthless. I use the true drum in Live, but it is V-drum in the house.

  • can u speak Japanese?

  • まあ、一応、日本人だからね・・・・・

  • Yep, nice druming, would like to see more grooves though and less fills, give us a steady beat!

  • looks like your..crying?

  • very good im so jealous i cant wait for my v-drums

  • well w/e you should get a double bass pedal

  • nice double bass! now i wanna go play.

  • It is an answer to comment below. It is not a double bass. I use a single foot pedal.

  • your ace, mate!!

  • Is it Yamaha Recording Custom tunes???

  • Some real cool Keith Carlock-ish fills in there. =)

  • great drumming style. what do you do wire it to the recorder or comp. some how?

  • Very, Very Nice!!!

  • great flow, inspiring technique!!

    5 Stars!

check out my td 20 video.

  • Beautiful solo. More!

  • Very nice flow - well done dude.

  • You've got a great feel for what you're playing! Awesome job!
