Great work! Everything gets easier with practice. If you want to make all you balls even in size use a round cutter and put a practice board or cardboard over the ball and roll it. It saves time like you wouldn't believe. I did a couple of my cake's balls by hand and it took forever. I learned this technique in class. Saves so much time.

if you don't use dowels to support the tiers your cake will fall in on itself, like yours has...sigh... keep trying!

@chrissy198909 You can dye the fondant with food color. when you airbrush it's usually for like...shading, luster dust, and stuff like that.
