sti rumble comes from its boxer motor... not necessarily its exhaust design. you find other boxers or flats sounding similar. s2k's are very hot though.

its mostly (90%+) in the headers. i have equal length headers in my ej25 and it no longer has any rumble under any kind of load. some pulsing at idle though.
