sort of. the song's name isn't a conglomeration of "homeo" and "apathy" it's actually one of "homeopathy" and "apathy". the song relates to newage style hippie squatters who won't go to the doctor when they're sick or injured because they think asprin is poison and doctors are monsters, but purchase and abuse drugs like heroin and alcohol instead. they self-medicate to cure physical problems and stz finds it hypocritical. it also deals with what you said, too, so i give you an A for effort.
