Man I've been trying to lose weight for awhile now. Just haven't been committed enough, but you've inspired me to keep trying to lose weight! Thanks man.
i lost 2,6 kg this week and dude the way you are doing push up will just make your tits bigger you have to take your albows in to your body, its much harder but better for your wight loss

You should try a workout DVD. They have awesome weight lifting arm exercises and core exercises. I've been doing them to get in shape and my arms still feel the burn!
YOU CAN DO IT! keep the ass and stomach tight the chin up and dont forget to breath while doing your pushups. Pushup bars or hexagon weights can help you get more range of motion more is better!!! Also, try a variety of push ups a straight forward routine would be 1set normal 1set wide 1 set decline mix it up keep it fresh pull ups and chin ups will help you out a ton as well!
sup rawn! just made me delicious food. would be perfect for you because it takes no cooking skills :D 3 tomatos, 1/2 aubergine,a whole hunch of leek / field garlic ( i dont know how its called properly) 1 nice red onion, cut all this into small cubes. pick up some chicken cut it small, sear the chicken, add the whole vegetables, salt, pepper and some madras curry powder. let it cook for 15 mins and its ready . i added some rucola salad on top :) easy, fast and delicious !! see ya

Just remember that the weight will go up and down depending on the amount of food that you have in your stomach, the day you have your weigh in. It's going to be different every time. ^^ But I don't think that it will be a problem for you! Since you seem to be really serious about it, and I'm glad you are! :) Keep it up man! And don't lose it! Think about how you had it before you started exercising, this is way better! *thumbs up* This is an inspiration to us all! :)
Dude if you lose the weigh in don't worry, you probably lost some of your deeper fat and replaced it with muscle, which is heavier than fat! Goodluck man!

So I just started this raw thing....well half raw. I'm also taking protein drinks. I heard you're a vegetarian? Me too! Is it hard to transition to eating only raw foods though? HOw are you getting protein too?
Hi rawn! you're not vegan/veggie are you? because i think you really need to get some 1st class protein down your neck- fish/chicken/turkey- as part of a balanced diet. especially if you're planning to eat it once you get to your target weight.
@HELLARINA I am a vegetartian...and I appreciate the protein advice...but I get plenty of protein from my veggies. its tough for me to put dead birds and fish in my mouth...although nothing against those who do.

@RAWRawn The amount of push ups doesn't really matter actually dude, it's the number of series that you do of push ups or whatever exercise you are doing and how much repetitions of it you are doing and also how much time you rest between every single series. I am a professional trainer and I can help you out trough this stuff. Indbox me if you want some help :) Keep going man, never give up.
@RAWRawn Yup, that's really when you get a lot of muscles after loosing weight , the first step is obviously loosing weight, but you actually get a muscular mass while you are loosing the weight, if you do not that means you don't do it the right way. The weight lifters do actually 6 series of the maximum of repetitions they can. A serie is a number of repetitions of an exercise. Like here in the video, you did one serie of 23 repetitions of push ups. It's pretty simple.

@RAWRawn Right , but do not start with that ! start with like : 3 series or 2 series of 10 repetitions and rest 45 seconds between every series of exercise. That means you do 10 push ups, you rest 45 seconds and then you do an other serie of 10 push ups and then you rest and if you want to cross the line and feel capable to , do a third serie of 10 push ups and then rest for about 2 to 3 minutes and do the same amount of series and repetitions for set ups. that's how you begin. I'll indbox u.

15 miles? isnt 1 mile like 4 laps around a track.. so you did 60 laps basically around a track? idk..im confused..but im proud of you! Keep up the good work! :)
