Oh, so you do watch the show every week? It seems you missed the point of the peice. It was a point of view from one Australian soldier. Apparently soldier have to abide by strict media guidelines... all of which are to lie to Australian's (also why he was portrayed by other actors. Y'know to hide his identity so he doesn't get court marshalled).

It wasn't scripted. It was a real account of someone dealing with something our govt put our country in for a free trade agreement.
