Sorry Congressman, but you are either naive, misinformed, disingenuious, lying, or a combination of the former. All you have to do is look at government-run healthcare around the globe to see rationing of care and people being denied healthcare due to old age, rare disorders, and disabilities. The words "death panels' are not found in the Democrat healthcare bills. However, the system will lead to them as costs skyrocket and care is rationed in the future.
