Maybe it is a little chance of life occurring on a planet before the planet dies. It's like buying a ticket to the lottery and saying that if you win life is occurring, there's just no chance, right? But when there are billions of planets, the chance is bigger. And you wouldn't count the times life didn't happen, only this one time it did.

But let me ask you a question, you believe in intelligent design because everything needs to be created by an intelligence right? Who created your creator? You obviously have not looked well into the experiments because if you had you would know that they are designed with what we know about earths ancient atmosphere. Which makes "chance" reasonable.
