this bugs happens sometimes that you can shoot while being affected by anything but another bug is that you cant reload

arrested while being affect by anything - he started arresting right when he got hit

there is not cheating here, just a bug

and yes how can it be cheating? as term4515 answered heres how it goes once you sprayed someone or something you take out your cuffs and gonna arrest him/her then something might happen like someone may nade you or beanbag you at the same time your gonna arrest him/her but if you hold your left mouse button while naded or something arresting the guy, youll get the arrest

Just wondering, how many hours have you played Swat 4? I have played over 1200 hours and have not used a cheat nor will I. Because it does not seem like you know what you are talking about. The 2 glitches in this is:

1= I got beanbagged while he was facing away during the arrest.

2= I kept on arresting the person.

I seriously don't see how this can be a cheat.
