A lot of people say this is a tax cut for the rich. I haven't looked at the figures or distribution but I say thats not necessarily a bad thing. Ever got a job from another middle class person? I don't get the class envy. I work for a very wealthy family. If they weren't, they couldn't afford to hire any of their 128 employees or pay us well or provide benefits. More power to them to make as much as they want! They're the ones who built this company, they're the ones with the most to lose if the business isn't successful. If tax incentives allow them to provide even more jobs, that's fine with me.
I don't resent these people for their financial success. Good for them!

Isn't it obvious? She believes that the tax level that was there prior to the tax decreases, are the REAL tax levels. So since those taxes were CUT (and in her mind that was a criminal act or a false act or something) we are 'merely' going back to what was there in the first place. Most small business owners like myself, who worked hard all their lives spending 100 hours per week building their business benefit from this when they sell their business or farm. In fact many small business owners do not have a retirement fund and their life long investment in their business represents their entire retirement fund. "Atlas Shrugged" is coming true after all!

Unlike Obama's "TAX CUT" for the middle class which only reduced the amount they took out of your check (about $7-$14.00 a week) but did not change the rate they withheld and made it taxable income at year end - the Bush tax Cut was a REAL TAX CUT and everyone got a break that will disappear. Most of you wouldn't know the difference as you GET IT ALL BACK plus some in a REFUND and don't REALLY PAY TAXES but think you do.
