There is a problem with this series... Thing about it. Theres only one Queen who only lays about 25,000 eggs per day. How many people do you think are born daily? It'd Simply be imposable for the arachnids to maintain a fighting force let alone have superiority of number.

Actually, the Queen lays 75 per hour, 1,800 eggs per day. The SkyMarshall said it in the last Klendathu episode, course when has Intel ever been wrong in this series? Still, if they mature to full grown warriors in a day or two, that's plenty to wage a war on. Plus the fact that the humans have only been fighting bugs for a couple years, the Skinnies 4 years. Not withstanding any other races, that means the Bug Queen has had thousands of years to make bug babies.

There are LOTS of Queens. Heavily decentralized command&control structure, with many Queens cooperating and relaying orders to Brain Bugs acting as local commanders. Nasty. No decapitation tactics HERE. Unless you identify and kill ALL of the queens. Or come up with a bug-only bioweapon and disseminate it quickly across the surface of occupied worlds, making sure you take out the leader and breeder casts completely. Otherwise, the Bug War is one that's destined to last forever.
