I have seen a dozen presidents come and go in my lifetime and not one of those have had to deal with 2 wars and a failing economy at the same time the minute he stepped into office I may not agree with his policy but as presedent of the united states he deserves our respect if nothing else. If we or other U.S. presidents do not change as people and look at the world as equal rights laws etc then this nation is in trouble. I'm a Independant - at first I supported Obma because he wanted change for a better America and a lot of people voted him for this reason but as everyone could see America is worse: people are still unemployed, they are still loosing their homes and education - forget about it, we have no educational system here in America. Students go to school and learn nothing. People (including me) are living in lower standards than before.

Whatever Obama does now he's not getting my vote this year.

@canonlaunch: I know what you mean. But it is hard to change the structure in place. The US economy is still based on the last Cold War. You also have the lobbyist who will oppose any major changes required to help the people and the economy. One good example are the HMOs.

The end of the day United States are being controlled by Corporations. They are the one who screwed up the economy, but the american people are paying for it. I am afraid four years is not enough.
