To give an honest crit,and I hope you don't mind this, but the type face you used really doesn't suit the general feel of the video itself. Also, the maroon and peppermint colours you chose don't go all that well together... Finally, and this is a biggie in my opinion, there are a LOT of spelling and grammatical errors in this piece, and in a typographic exercise,that's not a good idea.I don't want to come across harsh, but I want to give you feedback to better something with a lot of potential!

Wow how did you do this on after effects? I'm new to after effects and want to do something like this for my editing class.

easy peasy. :P

all you really need to do is make a new composition then go to: layer > new > camera, and make the preset about 35mm.

then press ok and import somthing like a video picture text or whatever. now under the composition there's a panel with the object names, to the right of that there are small icons such as a sun, 4 dots, fx, a bit of film etc.

you want the one with the cube, tick the boxes under the cube to make all of the objects 3D.

now you should see a green red and blue arrow on each of the objects.

at the top, above the composition, there is a curser, hand, magnifine glass, and a few rotation tools.

the fourth one along is the one you need. hold the mouse click down to bring up the orbit/ track xy/ track z options.

now you know that all you really need to do now is, move the camera, set key frame, move the camera, set annother key frame.

also to move separate objects use the tool to the right of the magnifine glass to rotate, and the curser to move back and forth.

just add key frames with the camera position just like you would with other objects.
