@Durdenz The first time took hours but it's not been nearly as bad since... Perhaps it's because it so rarely gets fully emptied!

@crazyboi2281 About 9-9.5 hours. I'm very satisfied with that aspect.

FWIW, I think the HDD model of the AAO has taller front feet to accomodate the thicker HDD chassis. I'll know soon enough because I ordered one after a speaker went bad in mine (it included them). That would explain why the battery is designed this way.

LMAO. I actually bought one of these 9 cell batteries. I hope it's not the same as the one you got, but I'm suspecting that it is. =/

I haven't tried it but it looks like it'll work better with the HDD model. It not only has a bulge to fit the HDD, it has protrusions for the front feet that should keep it at a different angle. I guess the makers didn't realize that there was more than one casing design.
