Someone says the Depression will be a walk in the park compared to what we're headed for? Isn't that why we have Social Security and Medicare/ Medicaid? We learned. now, he told me that the "kings of the road" of that era would carry a hoe (with their meager belongings tied to it) on their shoulder to , maybe, weed a garden or patch of field for a meal or a few cents.
