@callahaine100 Nope according to Capcom and the Novels Ada works for a secret organization aka Trent and its part of her mission to get close to Wesker If you beat Separate ways on RE4 she says she's bringing Los Plagues to her organization and sending Wesker a fake
@callahaine100 Hunk was also dispatched as a plan B due to the fact that he never trusted Ada hunks role in the RE games isn't justified enough in my opinion due to he does most of his work behind the sceans he's also responsible for obtaining a sample of the G-virus for Wesker as well
u guys ever see that movie unleashed? u remember the guy who said "i have a very lucrative proposition for you?"... the guy who hosted his own underground fight to the death club? well he reminds me of the trent depicted in these novels.
it is cuz umbrella practiclly killed his mother and father. he wants revenge and he is willing to do anything to make sure he gets his wish...plus what i find funny is nothing scares wesker...except trent makes wesker shit himself when he sees him. lol
I know somone who can help. She has a youtube page and is a friend of mine. I'll send her this vid. There are some really good websites that you can check for further info, just google RE novels and Trent. Goodluck.
As near as I can tell, Trent is a double agent working for Umbrella - on the outside, he is a higher-up who assists in all the major company decisions that entail, marketing, funding and developing of bioweapons. But on the inside, he wishes to bring Umbrella down from within because the company murdered his parents years ago to steal their research. To do this, Trent gives information and sometimes weapons on the sly to RE characters such as Jill Valentine...
...but Trent himself can't be traced to their sources because he's had his name and all background info about himself legally changed, so he can continue to hide in the shadows until he's ready to emerge. Although not a canon RE character to the series, Trent is quite interesting, and I think a little more is covered in the RE book, Caliban Cove, by S.D. Perry. That nove;lization of the RE series centers around Rebecca, and I haven't read it yet, but was told Trent is mentioned in it. :-)
Right, Trent will pop up again at the end of the third book. In my opinion, the third book, about RE3, is the most well-written of the bunch, as it better explains the motives behind the actions of Nicholai and the other members of UBCS, and is most consistent to what's happening int he game. :-)
Was it? Someone, like, a couple of years ago mentioned Trent had a bigger role in one of the RE books I hadn't read...you know, I might be confusing Caliban Cove with Underworld. I think that's the one where Jill and Chris go for the main Umbrella headquarters, so maybe that's the one I was thinking of...I haven't read Underworld yet, either. My mistake!
I thought Ada worked for Wesker!

Fascinating. I researched as much as I could on Caliban Cove and nothing at all was mentioned about Trent.

Yeah RE Underworld explains Trent's back story, which is probably the same thing you mentioned above.

wonderful, i knew you would shed some light on this mystery. There was hardly any info availble online. Youve been a big help.

Thanks, anytime. :-)
And you were right, I think it was Underworld, not Caliban Cove, where more info on Trent turns up again...
