  • My aai (mother) makes hers with jaggery and honey instead of sugar. The salt is absolutely essential. She also puts some cardamom in it. Its the most refreshing drink EVER

  • Like your vids. You need to put the words for the esoteric ingredients on the screen... hard to understand what you're saying when you say them since those ingredients are not common.

  • It's "Chaat masala"... there's an article(inc. link to recipe) about it on Wikipedia.

    You should get it at any Asian Store, though.
