It was/is never about 'white supremacy', despite the general view people have on the symbols . One thing these clubs DID have in common with nazi ideology would have been a seperatist ideology, believing in keeping their people (their clubs) separate and exclusive from the general public, because they felt their beliefs/etc were superior.

I am in a club and some of our symbols include the Sig runes (or the "SS bolts"), and we have mexican and even Filipino brothers who understand this meaning.

To everyone asking about the swastikas/nazi symbolism- back in the late 60s/70s when alot of the outlaw motorcycle clubs started their reigns, they saw the distinction between their organizations and the rest of society. Since they went by their own rules/laws/trends and didn't agree with the rest, they opted for a symbol that said "F. U. " to the rest of the world. And wat better than a swastika. These guys obviously were mimicking the m.c. lifestyle with the colors/etc.
