@Nefertiti505 She doesn't dye it. :) She is mixed so her hair is naturally lighter, but she does lighten it with a honey hair lightener. She has a video on it.

If I were you, would go on the My Glam website and email them at the email adress located on the FAQ page. Also, I think I would choose to participate in Birchbox or the QVC test tube instead, they're both companies that are a little bit more professional - not knocking YouTube businesses or anything, but there's not even a phone number to call from what I could see on the MyGlam webite and it seems like lots of people have been ripped off w/ no customer services to call =(
