It's kinda funny, i know that Sergio is guest posing in this clip (offseason), but this was the kind of conditioning this guy had when he was winning shows back in the 60's...crazy water retention, not just in the muscles, but also under the skin! ..now look at him a year before and you will see how much harder/drier he looked compared to the conditioning he had two decades earlier. Evidently he made improvements throughought the 70's and continued getting better, at least up until Olympia '84.
