This worked great for me. Really raised the value of the phone since I keep lots of video and pics on my phone. One point to mention for the slow ones is to download the CAB onto your computer then drag it to your HTC program file while hooked up to the desk/laptop.

PLUG THE RED CABLE INTO THE YELLOW INPUT ON YOUR MONITOR OR TV OR PROJECTOR, if you have a cable. ipod trick in switching the wires to make u buy an extra cable.

for me it was just a really bad phone i had the dash and shadow both windows mobile then got tired of the slowness and such, got normal phone, then went back to windows thinkin that the touch pro would change my perspective and it didnt, battery died fast, no internet use or such just text and call, the keyboard was really nice! but as for texting with the screen closed it was a little annoyin, touch pro 2 looks a little good but i dont think ill ever go back to windows
