are you paul gilbert?:) you're playing so good. hopefully you could also do a demo of this but boosted with some overdrive pedal:) i think i'm gonna buy one of these
Hey man, can you tell what is the function of the Reverb switch? I get how to use the Channel and Drive switches, but I couldn't find a use for the reverb switch on the floor pedal. Thanks
you have two knobs for reverb in your amp. one clean and one drive. each of these knobs adjust the level of each channel rever (clean or drive channel). otherwise you connect or disconnect the footswitch reverb.
pd: the reverb gives you some depth in your sound, you know, from a small room reverb type, or cave, living large. or even stadium reverb type.
Great sound arond 37 seconds in. What guitar and amp settings are you using there? I have exactly this amp but is not getting that sound! Can you help me? Regards, Jonas
hi jonas, the guitar it's a yamaha pacifica 712(1994) whit dimarzio pickups in the neck position and dimarzio class of 55 midle position, the settins amp it's volume 4 treble 7 mid 6.5 and bass 9.
I've got the LV300 head and it's a beast. Works just fine at low levels, but it really comes to life when you crank it up a bit.
I like to leave the VTS and mid scoop buttons off for a great kinda 80's rock/metal sound. but if you put them on, it's more than capable of the more modern sounding tones.
Is this for real? This amp is extremely cheap, and you can make it sound this awesome? Would you recomend the stacked version? I have one available for purchase. Great playing!
its real, and i recomend this amp for rock and bluesy lines, whith 7 'clock gain ( lead chanel), and level 4 in the main volumen (master volumen), and i don't use the clean channel, i use rytmic channel whit less gain and hi volume.

I've owned this amp for 2 years, guarantee you can't find better for this price !
The clean is absolutely wonderfull, inimitable, and even though the lead lacks of gain, you can make it sound good with just an EQ and noise gate ^^

Yeah, thanks. But I meant the switch pedal. The reverb switch on it seems useless. Because switching it on or off doesn't seem to make a difference.
