The stone angels and the gas mask zombies are the two that frightend me the most. And still do so. The angels are scary in an obvious way, you know when they pop up behind people with their fangs and claws. But the gas mask zombies ... they hardly do anything ... and they still creep the shit out of me. You can't really explain why they're scary, they just ... are.

Scared the shit out of everyone who knew Doctor Who, but even creeped people out who didn't know what it was. Just goes to show what a great job the writers did to make this as disturbing as it was. They're just "modified" people. Basically, nanogenes escaped from a crashed alien ship and the first person they found was the injured little boy with a gas mask on. So they made everyone like that :D
