Your looking marvalous. Keep it up. But Amelia I have a question. No one has addressed it. I know that it is part of the GBS package to have hair loss. I've been take 5mg of Biotin to stimulate hair growth. I works. I don't brush, just come. I dont do anything brushing or combing when my hair is wet. Is there any other ideas out there that I could try.
I did cover it in a few videos, but Biotin made me grow back hair, and facial hair! My dermatologist called our situation Telogen Effluvium.. I talk about it in my video called Hair Loss Update. I started using Rogaine and it REALLY works. I bought the kind for women but my dermatologist said it is a marketing ploy to buy the mens because you get ahigher dose of the medicine and therefore get more growth. I swear it works. I bought the walmart brand verison of it...

I don't think I will run out of material anytime soon. Next step is maintence I guess. I don't think I would have done this well without the accountability of my Youtube channel, and I think it forced me to do better and come up with information to share. I think even if I just switch to monthly weigh-ins to keep me honest. I am sure plenty more people who need to see my vids will continue to discover them over time and I will try to be here to help them through their weight loss journey.

Dr Suber is A+++ It is really rare to find a plastic surgeon that deals with insurance let alone has experience with post-bariatric plastic surgery. He is very nice and makes you feel at ease, explains everything and is very cable of building a case for it to be covered. I literally went to see him, let him take pics and 2 weeks later was approved and was on my way. I can't say enough about how nice the hospital was too.

I am fighting anemia with iron supplements. I take B-12 as a shot 1 time a month, seems to be working. Joel said he would have paid for it if neccesary and I can say it is worth every penny!

Tummy tucks are different than gastric bypasses. There is alot more swelling and fluid to drain in the tummy tuck.

Dr Suber is A+++ It is really rare to find a plastic surgeon that deals with insurance let alone has experience with post-bariatric plastic surgery. He is very nice and makes you feel at ease, explains everything and is very cable of building a case for it to be covered. I literally went to see him, let him take pics and 2 weeks later was approved and was on my way. I can't say enough about how nice the hospital was too.

I get what you mean, but I have bad loose skin in my arm pit area, it really is wrtinkly and hangs over the side of all my bras and tank tops. I hope to get it taken care of too.

I am fighting anemia with iron supplements. I take B-12 as a shot 1 time a month, seems to be working. Joel said he would have paid for it if neccesary and I can say it is worth every penny!
